UK-based tuning shop Urban Truck recently unveiled a customization package that is available for Land Rover Defender 90 Station Wagon and 110 Utility/Station Wagon versions.
The front is fitted with KBX equipment that includes the front grill, light surrounds, hood vents and sport side vents. The headlights receive LED lighting upgrades while the front bumper is equipped with LED DRLs. Eighteen-inch alloy wheels from Boost, Manta or Apollo can be had for the customized Defender. Rubber is provided by 18-inch BF Goodrich 265/65 R18 tires. The rear cabin receives a privacy glass and the taillights have also been converted to LED.
Aboard the cabin, Nappa Leather is extensively used as it can be found on the door trim, front Recaro Sporster CS seats, rear seats, grab handles, dashboard, roofline and center console. The steering wheel is sourced from Momo and can be had in either the Jet, Millennium or Boss models. Infotainment system is provided by Alpine which consists of a 2-DIN Satellite Navigation system, speakers, amplifiers and subwoofers. Additional amenities include Bluetooth and a rear sensor parking assist.
The 2.2-liter inline four turbocharged diesel engine now produces 172 PS and 480 Nm of torque instead of the stock figures of 123 PS and 360 Nm thanks to a series of upgrades which consists of a remapped engine management unit, air filter kit, stainless steel exhaust kit that can have a side or rear exit and an uprated Allisport intercooler.
The suspension system also receives an assortment of upgrades like sport springs that lowers ride height by 2-inches, Bilstein B16 Ride Control electronic damper kit and a Bilstein steering damper. Providing undercarriage protection is Shultz while a stainless steel bolt kit ensures rigidity of the chassis.
Pricing of the package starts at GBP 49,995 (about PHP 3.6 million) and does not include the premium paint selection and additional options not mentioned in the equipment list.
